At AeroWave, protecting your privacy and data is our top priority. That is why we always confirm who we are speaking to whenever you contact us.

When you first create an account or make a purchase, you will be asked to set up a security question and answer. This allows us to quickly and securely verify your identity whenever you contact our support team.

For verification purposes, our team can see the answer to your security question, and we may also ask for your Support PIN. These checks are used solely to confirm your identity and keep your account safe.

If you are already an AeroWave client but haven’t set up a security question yet, don’t worry. This guide will show you how to add one to your account.

1. Login to your AeroWave Account #

Head to your dashboard and sign in with your account details. If you can’t sign in, click the Forgot? link on the login page to reset your password or contact our support team for assistance.

2. Open your Security Settings

Click on your name in the top right hand corner of the dashboard to open the profile dropdown menu. From there, select Security Settings to access the area where you can set up your security question.

3. Go to the Security Question section #

You’ll arrive at your Security Settings page. By default, it opens on the Two-Factor Authentication tab, so switch to the Change Security Question tab. This is where you can select and set your security question.

4. Set / Update Your Security Question #

Choose a question from the list that is easy for you to remember but hard for anyone else to guess. Type in your answer carefully, then click Save Changes. For verification purposes, our team can see the answer to your security question. These checks are used solely to confirm your identity and keep your account safe. You can also update your security question / answer at any time by returning to this page.
